在社会的高速发展,经济的不断增长的互联网时代,企业的生存和发展上都面临着巨大的挑战。在企业的管理方面,对于人力资源的管理乃是重中之重,处理不好企业的人力资源管理机制,会造成企业运行上的巨大困难,所以从企业发展的长远上来看,实行一套良好的人力资源管理方案是解决此类问题的关键之所在。互联网在拉近社会关系,便捷生活联系上发挥了巨大的作用,在人力资源管理上利用互联网作为一种新型管理模式,是本文主要探讨的问题。
In the era of rapid social development and economic growth in the Internet, enterprises are facing enormous challenges in their survival and development. In the aspect of enterprise management, the management of human resources is the most important issue. The management of the human resources management mechanism of bad companies will cause great difficulties in the operation of the enterprise. Therefore, from the long-term perspective of the development of the enterprise, a set of good practices is implemented. The human resources management program is the key to solving such problems. The Internet has played a huge role in bringing closer social relations and facilitating contact with people. The use of the Internet as a new management model in human resource management is the main issue discussed in this article.
