本文作者曾在本刊1986年第7期上发表过题为“对380铝合金熔炼工艺及取样规范的探讨”的文章,主要介绍了应用正交设计法进行压铸取样的试验情况。对正交试验中的固定因素一浇排系统和变化因素中的熔炼温度、浇注温度,压射比压的水平进行调整后设计正交试验表,择其较好的工艺组合条件重复验证,均取得较好试验结果,本文补充对上述几个实践问题的分析。
