本文选择EDTA及Zn—EDTA掩蔽铁等干扰元素,以漂兰6B、二苯胍盐酸盐及十二烷基硫酸钠为试剂,对钢铁中微量铝的浮选分离进行研究。研究结果表明,在大量铁存在的情况下,微克级铝的回收率为92~112%,一定量的Cr(Ⅰ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)Co(Ⅱ)等不干扰铝的分离与测定。采用本法对标准钢样中的微量铝进行分离,以铬天青S光度法进行测定,分析结果在允许误差范围之内,准确度、精密度良好。本法适合于钢铁试样中0.001~0.050%的铝的分离与测定。
In this paper, EDTA and Zn-EDTA were chosen to mask the interference elements such as iron. The flotation separation of trace amounts of aluminum in steel was studied by using the bromine 6B, diphenylguanidine hydrochloride and sodium dodecyl sulfate as reagents. The results show that in the presence of a large amount of iron, the recovery of micrograms of aluminum is 92 ~ 112%. A certain amount of Cr (Ⅰ), Ni (Ⅱ), Mn (Ⅱ) Separation and determination. Adopt this method to separate the trace aluminum in the standard steel samples and measure with chrome azurol S photometric method. The analysis results are within the allowable error range, accuracy and precision are good. This method is suitable for the separation and determination of 0.001 ~ 0.050% aluminum in steel samples.
