In 839 AD, the Khanate who ruled the nomadic peoples of North Asia for about a century broke down after the attack by Zuo Xias (Chinese historians recognized the incident as occurring in 840), and the Hui people collapsed. Only seven years later, in the Tubo empire that ruled the city of Green State in 846, King Damas was assassinated and an infightan broke out. Tibet was divided into many local governments. In this way, after the two big political centers of Asia were eliminated at the same time, the remnants of the Yong Empire were also in trouble due to the devaluation of the chronic government and were no longer able to intervene in North Asia. In such a vacuum of power, many nomads that had previously been suppressed by the above-mentioned three great empires were also active simultaneously.
