结合我厂无水硫酸钠生产情况,分析蒸发器循环泵轴腐蚀磨损的原因,提出采用单端面换双端面机械密封、旧轴修复镀铬新工艺,加强管理,提高泵轴的加工和安装质量,改善工艺条件.实践证明起到了防止泵轴腐蚀磨损提高运转周期的作用.
Combined with the production of anhydrous sodium sulfate in our factory, the reason of corrosion and wear of the circulating pump shaft in the evaporator was analyzed. The new technology of single-end replaced double-end mechanical seal and old shaft repairing chrome plating was put forward to enhance the machining and installation quality of the pump shaft, Improve the process conditions.Practice has proved to play a role in preventing corrosion and wear of the pump shaft to improve the operating cycle.
