故障现象:2009年1月在检测车间二号氮气压缩机时发现主油泵振动严重超标,水平振动最大达到47.65mm/s,情况严重需要停车处理。该主油泵为外置式由电机主轴拖动。
Symptoms: In January 2009 when testing the No.2 nitrogen compressor in the workshop, it was found that the vibration of the main oil pump seriously exceeded the standard and the maximum horizontal vibration reached 47.65mm / s. In the serious situation, parking treatment is needed. The main oil pump is externally driven by the motor shaft.
