系统研究了球化退火温度及保温时间对CSP热轧50CrV4带钢组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:在730~770℃的温度范围内球化退火4~18h时,随着退火温度的提高,碳化物粒径先缓慢增大后迅速降低,球化率逐渐增大;随着保温时间的延长,碳化物粒径逐渐增大,730及750℃时,球化率先增大后降低;770℃时球化率逐渐降低。当退火温度为770℃,保温时间为4h时,球化效果最佳,球化率为90.6%,碳化物平均粒径为0.29μm,硬度为202.8HV。
The effects of spheroidizing annealing temperature and holding time on the microstructure and properties of CSP hot rolled 50CrV4 steel were systematically studied. The results show that with the annealing temperature increasing from 4 to 18 h in the temperature range of 730 ~ 770 ℃, the carbide particle size increases slowly and then decreases rapidly, and the spheroidization rate increases gradually. With the increase of annealing temperature, With time prolonging, the size of carbide gradually increases. At 730 and 750 ℃, the spheroidization rate first increases and then decreases. At 770 ℃, the spheroidization rate gradually decreases. When the annealing temperature is 770 ℃ and the holding time is 4h, the spheroidization effect is the best, the spheroidization rate is 90.6%, the average grain size of carbide is 0.29μm and the hardness is 202.8HV.
