本文研究了Al-0.10 wt-%Sc合金在不同状态下的时效行为和拉伸性能。观测了合金在250~400℃时效的硬化曲线和320℃时效后的室温拉伸性能;利用扫描电镜与透射电镜分别观察了拉伸断口和显微组织。结果表明,含Sc铝合金有明显的时效硬化作用;Sc与铝结合形成稳定LI_2结构的Al_3Sc相,Al_3Sc粒子的平均直径约为12~16nm,它对合金的时效强化起着重大作用,该粒子粗化过程非常缓慢,使合金具有良好的热稳定性。
In this paper, the aging behavior and tensile properties of Al-0.10 wt-% Sc alloy under different conditions were studied. The hardening curves of the alloy at 250-400 ℃ and the tensile properties at room temperature after 320 ℃ aging were observed. The tensile fracture and microstructure were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the Sc-containing Al alloy has obvious age-hardening effect. Sc combines with aluminum to form a stable LI_2 structure Al_3Sc phase. The average diameter of Al_3Sc particles is about 12 ~ 16nm, which plays an important role in the aging strengthening of the alloy. The roughening process is so slow that the alloy has good thermal stability.
