以10份产量等指标表现较好的加工番茄种质为试材,采用自然低温和人工低温2种处理,筛选了适于西藏地区栽培的耐低温种质材料。结果表明:从低温胁迫下植株叶片中渗透调节物质含量、形态特征、花畸形率等综合指标来看,‘11-922’、‘11-283’、‘11-652’、‘11-450’4份材料对不同程度低温有一定抗性;从极端低温胁迫下番茄植株形态特征看,材料‘11-652’具有非常好的耐低温性能,在2~4℃的低温环境下22d仍有1株形态特征较好,是非常优异的耐低温种质材料。
Ten high-yielding tomato germplasms were selected as test materials, and two low-temperature resistant germplasm materials suitable for cultivation in Tibet were screened by two treatments: natural low temperature and artificial low temperature. The results showed that the total content of osmotic adjustment substances, morphological features and flower deformities in plant leaves under low temperature stress ranged from 11 -922, 11-283, 11-652, 11-450, 4 materials had certain degree of resistance to different degrees of low temperature. From the morphological characteristics of tomato plants under extreme low temperature stress, the material ’11 -652 ’had very good low temperature resistance performance, and there was still 1 at low temperature of 2 ~ 4 ℃ for 22 days Plant morphology is better, is a very good low temperature germplasm material.
