美国是个典型的移民国家,自建国以来,引进外来人才就成为美国的一个优良传统,而外籍人才也为美国的发展作出了巨大贡献。H-1B签证政策是美国典型的吸引外籍高端人才的战略之一,本文试图在前人研究成果的基础之上,通过梳理H-1B签证政策的沿革与发展、分析H-1B人才群体的构成及其对美国和亚洲国家的影响,来研究美国对亚洲地区人才的引进战略,以期进一步加深对美国人才引进政策的认识,并从中获得启示与借鉴。
