目的调查珠三角地区散装瓜子卫生状况。方法使用ATP荧光快速检测法,对珠三角地区3个城市4种类型共30个卖场散装瓜子表面细菌总数进行检测,以传统微生物检测法作为对照。结果菌落总数对数值与发光强度对数值呈线性关系,y=0.61032x+0.07459,相关系数R2=0.96073。样品总合格率66.7%。不同地区及不同卖场之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。售卖环境的细菌总数与样品表面细菌总数成正相关。结论对散装瓜子进行表面细菌总数的检测可以有效监控其卫生状况,具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the health situation of bulk seeds in the Pearl River Delta. Methods The total number of bacteria on the surface of bulk melon seeds in 30 types of 4 types of retail stores in 3 cities in the Pearl River Delta Region was detected by ATP fluorescence rapid detection method. The traditional method was used as a control. Results The logarithm of the total number of colony and luminescence intensity showed a linear relationship, y = 0.61032x + 0.07459, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.96073. The total sample pass rate of 66.7%. The differences between different regions and different stores were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total number of bacteria sold in the environment is positively related to the total number of bacteria on the sample surface. Conclusion It is of great importance to detect the total number of surface bacteria in bulk seeds effectively to monitor their sanitation status.
