销售渠道,又称为分销途径,是指商品从生产者手中传递到消费者手中所经过的流通途径或路线。生产者出售商品是销售渠道的起点,消费者购进商品是销售渠道的终点。商品在销售渠道中的运动,一方面是商品实体的转移,另一方面是商品所有权的移动。在商品实体和所有权的转移过程中,往往要发生一次性或多次性暂时的停留,这些暂时停留的中间站,就构成了商品流通过程中的一个个中间环节。这些中间环节是由一些组织或个人组成的,主要有批发商、代理商,经销商、零售商等,它们统称为中间商。
Sales channels, also known as distribution channels, refer to the route or route through which goods pass from the producer to the consumer. The sale of goods by producers is the starting point of sales channels, and the purchase of goods by consumers is the end of sales channels. The movement of commodities in sales channels is, on the one hand, the transfer of commodity entities and, on the other, the movement of commodity ownership. These intermediate stations that temporarily stay constitute one intermediate link in the process of commodity circulation. These intermediate links are made up of organizations or individuals, mainly wholesalers, agents, distributors, retailers, etc. They are collectively referred to as middlemen.
