实现义务教育均衡发展的根本问题是农村教育问题,深入总结和认识农村教育经验及师资队伍建设,对于推进新世纪农村教育改革的新发展具有强烈的现实意义。本文在前人研究的基础上,就这一问题进行了全面、深入的分析,指出农村义务教育改革中决不能忽视农村中小学教师队伍建设,并就如何加强农村中小学教师队伍建设提出了若干建议。
To realize the balanced development of compulsory education is a fundamental issue of rural education. To sum up and understand rural education experiences and teachers’ contingent construction is of great realistic significance for advancing the new development of rural education reform in the new century.
