作为知识管理的重要组成部分,知识管理绩效评价旨在帮助企业找出影响绩效提高的关键因素并及时采取有效措施,提高知识管理水平。从市场营销能力、信息管理水平、学习型组织成熟度和知识的存量水平等4个角度,分析了评价企业知识管理绩效水平应考虑的主要因素,建立了关于企业知识管理绩效评价指标体系。在此基础上,提出了运用D-S证据推理方法,对企业知识管理绩效水平进行评价,并给出了证据推理的算法步骤。算例分析表明,利用D-S证据推理方法对企业知识管理绩效进行评价具有一定的有效性和应用价值。
As an important part of knowledge management, knowledge management performance evaluation aims to help enterprises to identify the key factors that affect the performance improvement and take timely and effective measures to improve the level of knowledge management. From the aspects of marketing ability, information management level, learning organization maturity and stock level of knowledge, the paper analyzes the main factors that should be considered in evaluating the performance of knowledge management and establishes the index system of enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation. On this basis, this paper proposes the use of D-S evidence reasoning method to evaluate the performance of enterprise knowledge management, and gives the algorithm steps of evidence reasoning. The case study shows that the use of D-S evidence reasoning method to evaluate the performance of enterprise knowledge management has some validity and application value.
