对未产妇放置IUD持不同意见,西方国家认为可能增加继发不孕而列为禁忌证。本研究结果提示未产妇放置IUD可列为其可选择的避孕措施之一,但必须严格掌握适应证和禁忌证,并须加强随访。
IUD on the non-mothers placed different views, Western countries that may increase secondary infertility as a contraindication. The results of this study suggest that placement of an IUD in unmachined mothers is one of the options for contraception, but indications and contraindications must be rigorously followed and follow-up should be enhanced.
