随着液压技术的进步,人们已经认识到控制液压系统污染的重要性。据统计,液压设备故障中的约百分之七十是起因于工作介质的污染。但是,一些通常的对污染控制具有很大影响的因素却常常为人们所忽视。本文就污染的原理、滤器的配置、设备的安装维护、液压流体的储存和管理等方面,提出一些看法,以作为液压设备的制造者(设计者)和用户在控制其系统的固体颗粒污染方面的指导。
With advances in hydraulics, it has been recognized the importance of controlling hydraulic system contamination. According to statistics, about 70% of hydraulic equipment failures are caused by the contamination of the working medium. However, some of the common factors that have a significant impact on pollution control are often overlooked. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward on the principles of pollution, the configuration of filters, the installation and maintenance of equipment, the storage and management of hydraulic fluid, etc. As the manufacturers (designers) and users of hydraulic equipment, they control the solid particle pollution of their systems Guidance.
