本文在对管道中粉尘采样的基本方法——预测流速法、静压平衡法和动压平衡法的采样方法和仪器及其计算方法进行综述的基础上,对国产常用四种采样仪器在同一实验台上进行了对比实验。实验结果表明,关于非等速采样误差和粉尘浓度测定误差,预测流速法和静压平衡法皆比动压平衡法小;关于粉尘浓度的计算方法,按浮子流量计读数或按面积比法皆比按累积流量计读数计算更准确些;关于管道中气体流量的测定,不宜按面积比法推算,应该用皮托管和微压计测定。
In this paper, based on the review of the basic methods of dust sampling in pipelines—predicted flow velocity method, static pressure balance method, and dynamic pressure balance method sampling method and instrument and their calculation methods, the commonly used domestically produced four sampling instruments are in the same experiment. A comparative experiment was performed on the stage. The experimental results show that the prediction flow rate method and the static pressure balance method are smaller than the dynamic pressure balance method for the non-isokinetic sampling error and the dust concentration measurement error; the calculation method for the dust concentration is based on the float flowmeter reading or area ratio method. It is more accurate than calculating according to cumulative flowmeter readings; the measurement of gas flow in pipelines should not be calculated by area ratio method and should be measured by pitot tubes and micropressure gauges.
