图像细胞仪 (ICM)是近年发展起来的检测肿瘤细胞核DNA含量的仪器。了解恶性肿瘤细胞核DNA含量 ,从而对肿瘤的生物学特性作出判断 ,对患者的预后作出估计 ,是近年来肿瘤研究的热点问题之一。由于ICM具有精度高、速度快及对多种切片或涂片均可进行分析等优点 ,因此其应用价值越来越受到重视。本文就ICM的工作原理及在不同组织恶性肿瘤中的应用价值作一综述。
Image cytometry (ICM) is developed in recent years, the detection of tumor cell nuclear DNA content of the instrument. To understand the nuclear DNA content of malignant tumor, so as to judge the biological characteristics of the tumor and estimate the prognosis of patients is one of the hot issues in cancer research in recent years. Because ICM has the advantages of high precision, high speed, and can be a variety of slices or smears can be analyzed, so the value of its application more and more attention. This article reviews the working principle of ICM and its value in malignant tumors of different tissues.
