乳腺癌分子分型对指导治疗有积极的意义,Luminal A型乳腺癌预后好、对内分泌治疗敏感、但化疗较不敏感,根据临床病理特征和应用基因技术避免Luminal A型乳腺癌过度化疗有一定参考意义。
