Rewarding is a very deep leadership art. How to focus on rewards and how best to use rewards is a topic worthy of serious research and discussion. According to the survey, most epidemic prevention stations implement a method of rewards at the end of the year for comprehensive evaluation. The author worked for the epidemic prevention station for more than 20 years and deeply felt that the effect of this awarding method was indeed correct.
