1 问题的提出《低压锅炉化学清洗规则》规定:清洗碳酸盐水垢时,除垢面积应达到原水垢覆盖面积的80%以上。清洗硅酸盐或硫酸盐水垢时,除垢面积应达到原水垢覆盖面积的60%以上。锅炉水垢,特别是硫酸盐水垢和硅酸盐水垢,即使采用酸洗的方法,也难以一次性清洗掉。残留水垢的表面比无水垢的表面要粗糙的多,粗糙的表面有许多空腔,而空腔内的溶液是滞流区,水垢容易在这里浓缩、沉积、结生。基于上述不利因素,锅炉酸洗后,对残留水垢的处理是非常必要的。

Based on the above unfavorable factors, the boiler pickling, the treatment of residual scale is very necessary.
