本文探讨冷冻对直肠癌的治疗作用。取自西京医院15年间冷冻直肠癌628例,其中根治性冷冻136例。冷冻前后经电镜观察癌细胞变化及应用单克隆技术测患者B、T细胞亚群水平。结果早中期直肠癌能达到临床治愈,5年生存率41.2％。作者认为,冷冻治疗是一项安全、有效的方法。 This article discusses the therapeutic effect of freezing on rectal cancer. Taken from Xijing Hospital during the 15 years, there were 628 cases of frozen rectal cancer, of which 136 cases were radical frozen. Changes in cancer cells were observed by electron microscopy before and after freezing and the levels of B and T cell subpopulations were measured using monoclonal techniques. Results Early and mid-term rectal cancer can achieve clinical cure with 5-year survival rate of 41.2%. The authors believe that cryotherapy is a safe and effective method.
