疾病预防控制中心的科室档案,记载着我国历史上各类疾病的具体信息,是我国重要的信息管理机构。信息化档案管理提高了档案管理人员的工作效率,但仍然在实际的科室档案管理中呈现出了一定的管理问题,使得科室的档案管理没有充分发挥档案的价值作用。本文本着发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的思路,提出了疾控中心科室档案信息化管理构建思路,以期研究结果能够为疾病预防控制中心的科室档案信息化工作提供一定的指导性建议。
The files of the department of CDC recorded the specific information of all kinds of diseases in the history of our country and are the important information management agencies in our country. Information archives management has improved the efficiency of archivist management, but still presents some management problems in the actual department archives management, which makes archives management of departments not fully exert the value function of archives. Based on the ideas of finding out the problems, analyzing the problems and solving the problems, this article puts forward the idea of establishing the archives information management of the department of CDC in order that the research results can provide certain guidance advice for the department archives informationization of the CDC.
