大多数预制构件厂,一般都采用简易墩式台座生产预应力空心板和平板。台座上锚固钢丝用的厚钢板或角钢,均是直接插入或用地脚螺丝锚固在混凝土地梁上,台面无牛腿,也不用横梁。钢板或角钢的外露部分,按预应力空心板和平板的配筋位置和数量钻孔后,用锚具卡紧即可锚固钢丝。由于这种台座的锚固钢板或锚固角钢(通称定位板)高出台面4~6厘米,当构件成型到最后一块时,会影响空心板的抽管,拉模器也无法走到顶头。因此,一般有5~6米的空距无法生产,造成钢丝的浪费。为了解决这个问题,我们在设计台座时,将台座的端部做成斜坡型,其坡长为50厘米,坡高为10厘米,
Most prefabricated component plants generally use simple pier pedestals to produce prestressed hollow slabs and plates. The thick steel plate or angle steel used for anchoring steel wire on the pedestal is directly inserted or anchored on the concrete beam with the anchor bolt. There is no bovine leg on the table and no beam is used. In the exposed part of the steel plate or angle steel, the steel wire may be anchored by anchorage after drilling according to the positions and the number of reinforcements of the prestressed hollow plate and the flat plate.
