《孙子兵法》是我国古代一部最富影响力和生命力的军事学专著,其中一些有关战略战术的论断至今仍有较强的认知价值。中国足球竞技水平长期徘徊不前,固然有许多主观与客观、文化与社会、赛制与观念的原因,但是中国足球在训练的指导思想、教练员(指挥员)的个人素养上都存在着急待改进的一些问题。用《孙子兵法》来更新一下教练员的指挥艺术,观照一下中国足球的整体水准,将对中国足球运动的总体进步有所裨益。
“The Art of War by Sun Tzu” is one of the most influential and vitality monographs of military science in ancient China. Some of the theories on tactics and tactics still have strong cognitive value. There are many reasons for the subjectivity and objectiveness, culture and society, competition system and concept of Chinese soccer. However, there are urgent problems in the guiding ideology of training and personal qualifications of coaches (commanders) in China football Some problems to improve. Using “Art of War” to update the coaching staff’s command art, taking a look at the overall standard of Chinese football will benefit the overall progress of Chinese football.
