同志们: 举办中青年干部经济研讨会,今年已经是第五届了。刚才我一进门,没想到规模如此盛大,说明大家积极性非常高。中青年干部经济研讨会既是交流思想的平台,也是展示才华的舞台,是加强年轻干部培养、发挥年轻干部才智、促进全委重大问题研究的一种好形式。每一届研讨会,都选定一个经济社会发展中突出的热点或难点问题作为主题．由大家根据自己的专业和兴趣,从不同层面、不同角度进行深入研讨,确实收到了好的成效。每次研讨会都能产生一批有份量、有特色的论文．提出一些有见地、有水平的观点,从一个侧面展示了中青年干部良好的理论素养和较强的研究能力,为推动我委各项工作发挥了积极作用。
Comrades: Holding a seminar on middle-aged cadres economy is already the fifth year this year. Just now I entered the room and did not expect such a grand scale, indicating that everyone is very active. The seminar on young and middle-aged cadres economy is both a platform for exchanging ideas and a stage for demonstrating talent. It is also a good form for strengthening the training of young cadres, giving play to their talents and promoting the study of major issues concerning the whole committee. Each session of the symposium has chosen a prominent hot or difficult issue in economic and social development as its theme. According to their own professionalism and interests, we have conducted in-depth discussions from different levels and angles and indeed received good results. Each seminar can produce a number of volumes, unique papers. Put forward some insightful and level perspectives and show the good theoretical accomplishments and strong research capabilities of young and middle-aged cadres from one aspect and play an active role in promoting the work of the Commission.
