个三艺术简介本名李哲,自号个三,湖南邵东人。1991年毕业于湖南怀化师专(现怀化学院)美术系。曾任《涟邵工人报》、《诗词》报等媒体记者、主任编辑、执行总监等;现为湖南省书法家协会评论委员会委员、广州市文艺批评家协会会员、梅山印社副社长、洞庭印社副社长、《文艺生活·艺术中国》杂志副主编。诗、书、画、印作品与近五六十万字的书画专业评论发表于各大专业报刊,书、画、印作品被湖南、广东、山东、台湾、新加坡等地(或国家)友好人士收藏。个三博客http://blog.sina.com.cn/chinahnlz
