光伏农业规模化发展问题不解决,光伏“十三五”规划目标便难实现。重新审视光伏农业,不仅是个数量问题,更是一个质量问题。国家光伏发展“十三五”规划的电站建设目标是150GW,光伏电站建设的增长幅度为436%。比较其他可再生能源“十三五”电站建设目标两位数的增长,436%的增幅是最高的,令光伏人振奋。但请且慢为光伏“十三五”电站建设目标欢呼,因为它很有可能完成不了。
Photovoltaic agriculture does not solve the issue of large-scale development, photovoltaic “Thirteen Five ” planning goal will be difficult to achieve.
