护理服务的好坏是一个医院整体素质的重要体现,为了提升医院的整体护理服务质量,加强对护理人员的护理文化自觉性的培养显得尤为重要。在医学人文素质教育中培养和提高护士的文化自觉性,应当在掌握培养、教育的科学规律的基础上对护士的持续发展加以关注。临床护士医学人文素质教育中文化自觉性的培养是一个系统工程,不是一蹴而就的,需要不断学习、思考、探索与实践。本文就如何培养临床护士的护理文化自觉性展开探讨。
The quality of nursing service is an important manifestation of the overall quality of a hospital. In order to enhance the overall quality of nursing service in a hospital, it is especially important to strengthen the training of nursing staff’s culture of care. To cultivate and enhance the cultural consciousness of nurses in medical humane quality education, attention should be paid to nurses’ sustainable development based on the scientific laws of cultivation and education. Cultivation of cultural awareness in clinical nurse humanistic quality education is a systematic project, which is not accomplished in a single step. It requires constant study, thinking, exploration and practice. This article discusses how to cultivate the nurse culture consciousness of clinical nurses.
