教学管理工作是高校各项管理工作的中心环节,教学管理工作的优劣、水平的高低,直接影响到高校教学质量和人才培养的质量。卫生高职类院校与其他高校一样,在努力进行不同的尝试,积极主动地挖掘自身潜力,通过教学管理体制和管理手段的不断创新来解决当前所面临的各种矛盾和问题。教学管理人员是教学管理实施的主体,其素质的高低直接影响到教学管理水平和管理效果。以下为笔者对教学管理领导与工作人员两个层次工作创新的几点建议。
Teaching management is the key link in the management of colleges and universities. The advantages and disadvantages of teaching management and the level of teaching management directly affect the quality of teaching and personnel training in colleges and universities. Like other colleges and universities, HEIs are trying their best to make concerted efforts to tap their potentials and solve all the current contradictions and problems through the continuous innovation of teaching management system and management tools. Teaching management staff is the main body of the implementation of teaching management, the quality of its direct impact on the level of teaching management and management effectiveness. The following is the author of teaching management leadership and staff at two levels of innovation in several suggestions.
