全球性金融危机的爆发更加彰显了金融监管的重要性,而对外资银行的监管则成为其中的重中之重。本文试图通过对当前我国外资银行监管领域的主要法律制度的研究,探究其中存在的问题,并对如何完善外资银行的监管提出一些建议。 The outbreak of the global financial crisis has further highlighted the importance of financial regulation, while the supervision of foreign-funded banks has become the most important one. This article attempts to research the main legal system in the field of supervision of foreign-funded banks in our country, explore the existing problems and put forward some suggestions on how to improve the supervision of foreign-funded banks.
