由上海市房管科研所、市住宅——公司、市房屋设备厂共同研制的高层作业吊篮最近通过技术鉴定。该吊篮适用于盒式结构的大楼高层建筑进行外墙装饰、装修、管道安装、检修操作等。吊篮操作平台可供2—3人同时施工操作,额定载荷为300公斤,最大作业宽度为3.6米,在垂直于墙面的方向上,可作0.6米内的距离调整,以避开突出于墙面的各种障碍物,平台升降速度为5米分,还装有限速控制及减速安全锁等安全保护装置。经上海市房管局委托中国建筑科学院建筑机械化研究所鉴定性能良好,已安排小批量生产。
