“天下难事,必作于易。天下大事,必做于细。”创建特色学校是一项庞大的、系统的、复杂的、持续性的工程,需要以精细化管理的思想、理念、技术作支撑与指导,并落实于具体的学校创特工作之中。为推进我校为“经典润童心、书香溢校园”为主题的特色学校创建工作,我校以“先于思想沟通,细于制度建设,精于考评运用”为原则,在学校精细化管理方面作了一些大胆的实践尝试,有效提高了校长的教育领导力,提升了学校特色办学水平。下面就我校落实精细化管理,推进特色学校创建谈一些实践体会。
