我们计划统计局,是铁道部一个职能机构,是一个综合部门,和很多单位都有业务联系。因此,工作涉及面很广,业务内容也比较复杂。局内处、室也较多。这种情况就决定了我局来往单位多,来往文件、报表多,文件内容庞杂,同时调档和查阅文件也较为频繁。所以管理好这些文件,是一项重要工作。如果管不清楚,就会给经办人员造成困难,对工作造成影响。我们局每年收发文件的数量,大约在—万五千件左
