肝细胞生长因子(HGF) 是一种多功能的细胞因子,它可特异地促进内皮细胞生长,而对平滑肌细胞没有作用。血管局部HGF 系统以旁分泌和自分泌的方式保护和调节内皮细胞的功能。HGF合成和分泌的减少可能与内皮细胞功能失调、动脉粥样硬化、再狭窄和高血压等心血管疾病密切相关。HGF 基因治疗将为心血管疾病的防治打开新的思路
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a multifunctional cytokine that can specifically promote endothelial cell growth but has no effect on smooth muscle cells. The vascular local HGF system protects and regulates the function of endothelial cells in a paracrine and autocrine manner. The reduction of HGF synthesis and secretion may be closely related to cardiovascular diseases such as endothelial dysfunction, atherosclerosis, restenosis and hypertension. HGF gene therapy will open up new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases
