侧空翻是武术运动中的主要一种翻转动作,在套路练习中普遍使用。笔者通过教学实践,得出七步学练侧空翻的速成教学法。1.助跑踏起跳板做侧手翻。强调“空中翻转一平面,着地四点一条线”,重点解决助跑、踏板、起跳三个动作的衔接及增强落地的稳定性。2.在练习1的基础上,给予帮助,做侧空翻。主要是树立信心,克服恐惧,让其体会腾空感觉。3.踏板起跳,在帮助下做侧空翻落入沙坑。可在练习者落地处适当减少沙子,然后逐渐减少帮助用力,直到脱保。4.在练习3的基础上,逐渐增加落地处沙子。
Side flip is the main kind of flip action in martial arts, which is commonly used in routines. The author through teaching practice, come to seven steps to learn side flip teaching method. 1. Run the treadmill to do side flip. Emphasize “flip a plane in the air, landing a four-point line”, focusing on solving the run-up, pedal, take-off the convergence of the three movements and enhance the stability of landing. 2. On the basis of Exercise 1, give help and do side flip. Mainly to establish confidence, to overcome the fear, let them feel emptiness. 3. Pedal take off, with the help of side flip into the bunker. The sand can be properly reduced at the trainee’s landing, and then gradually reduced to help the force, until the de-insurance. 4. On the basis of Exercise 3, gradually add sand to the floor.
