北安市散装办成立于2011年3月,两年来,在北安市委、市政府的正确领导下,在省、市散办的悉心指导下,我们坚持创新求实、开拓进取,整章建制、依法行政,全力推进北安市散装水泥事业的蓬勃发展。2012年,全市实现散装水泥供应量50万吨,水泥散装率80%,散装水泥使用率达到40.1%,预拌混凝土供应量46.83立方米,专项资金征收100万元,取得了显著成绩。一、明确目标、落实责任,形成严格完备的工作运行
