通过力学性能测试、金相显微分析等方法,研究了热处理工艺对7075铝合金组织和力学性能及抗应力腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在高温预析出固溶处理+双级淬火+(115±5)℃C×(5~6)h+(175±5)℃×(14~16)h双级时效后,7075铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率分别达到了663、560MPa、13.6%;应力腐蚀敏感性降低,抗应力腐蚀性能有较大程度提高。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and stress corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy were studied by mechanical properties test and metallographic analysis. The results show that after the two-stage aging treatment of solution treatment + two-stage quenching + (115 ± 5) ℃ C × (5 ~ 6) h + (175 ± 5) ℃ × (14 ~ The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation reach 663,560MPa and 13.6% respectively. The stress corrosion sensitivity decreases and the stress corrosion resistance increases to a great extent.
