目的研究河蚌多糖对老龄小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法取SPF级ICR老龄小鼠40只,按体重随机分为4组,每组10只,对照组,河蚌多糖高、中、低3个剂量组(450、150、75 mg/kg),每日灌胃1次,连续30 d。实验结束时取小鼠血清及肝组织,试剂盒测定血清及肝组织中总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、血清中脂质氧化产物含量(MDA、8-ISO-PG)、肝组织中蛋白质羰基含量(PCC)、抗氧化酶活力(GSH-PX、T-SOD)及还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果高剂量小鼠血清及肝脏组织中的T-AOC明显高于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量血清中的MDA、8-ISO-PG含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量肝组织中的PCC低于对照组(P<0.05),高剂量肝组织中的T-SOD、GSH-PX酶活力及GSH含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论河蚌多糖对老龄小鼠有抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the anti-oxidative effect of Acanthopanax purpureus on aged mice. Methods Forty SPF ICR old mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight, with 10 rats in each group. The rats in control group, high, medium and low doses of clam polysaccharide (450, 150, 75 mg / kg) Gavage once daily for 30 days. At the end of the experiment, the serum and liver tissues of the mice were taken out, and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), the content of lipid oxidation products (MDA, 8-ISO-PG) Carbonyl content (PCC), antioxidant enzyme activity (GSH-PX, T-SOD) and reducing glutathione (GSH) content. Results The T-AOC in serum and liver of high-dose mice was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The content of MDA and 8-ISO-PG in high dose serum was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) The PCC in the liver tissue was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The activities of T-SOD, GSH-PX and GSH in high-dose liver tissue were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Clam polysaccharides have anti-oxidative effects on aged mice.
