本文根据大量实验事实,提出了 AE、AP 型破乳剂分子在油-水界面上的状态模型。对煤油-水体系,在低温条件下,分子中环氧乙烷链段伸入水相,环氧丙烯链段以多点式在油-水界面上进行吸附。随着温度升高,环氧乙烷链段从水相向油-水界面转移,而环氧丙烷链段则部分脱离界面进入油相。对芳烃-水体系,分子中环氧乙烷链段仍伸入水相,但环氧丙烷链段则伸入油相。
In this paper, based on a large number of experimental facts, the AE and AP demulsifier molecules in oil - water interface state model. For kerosene-water systems, at low temperatures, the ethylene oxide segments in the molecule extend into the water phase and the propylene oxide segments adsorb on the oil-water interface in a multi-point manner. As the temperature increases, the ethylene oxide segments migrate from the water phase to the oil-water interface while the propylene oxide segments are partially released from the interface into the oil phase. For aromatics-water systems, the ethylene oxide segments in the molecule still extend into the water phase, but the propylene oxide segments extend into the oil phase.
