中国海洋石油总公司下属20多家单位分布在北至大连、南至海口的近20多个城市,这对于如何提高企业集团的管理水平提出了较高的要求。目前国内大型企业集团已开始寻求利用计算机系统解决企业内部管理、降低成本、提高效益等问题。海洋石油总公司很早就已将注意力放在如何改善企业资金流、物流、信息流。面对市场的挑战,海洋石油总公司经过多方选择,决定首先建立MIS系统的核心-“财务信息系统”。
More than 20 units under China National Offshore Oil Corporation are located in more than 20 cities in the north to Dalian and Haikou to the south, which raises high requirements for how to improve the management level of the enterprise groups. At present, domestic large-scale enterprise groups have begun to seek to use computer systems to solve internal management problems, reduce costs, improve efficiency and other issues. CNOOC has long focused on how to improve corporate capital flow, logistics, and information flow. In the face of the challenges of the market, CNOOC decided to establish the core of the MIS system, the “financial information system”, after many choices.
