Cd~(2+)与乙二醛-双-(2-羟基缩苯胺)所成配合物在水溶液中极不稳定,立即退色,无法测定其吸光度.本文试验了混合增效分析试剂(Triton X-100+PVA+CTMAB)对此体系的增稳、增敏和增溶作用.在此三种增效分析试剂的协同作用下,使体系可稳定20min以上,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.12×10~4 L.mol~(-1)·Cm~(-1),有可能应用于分析实践.并初步探讨了有关机理.
The complex between Cd 2+ and glyoxal-bis- (2-hydroxyanilide) was unstable in aqueous solution and immediately discolored, and its absorbance could not be measured.In this paper, Triton X -100 + PVA + CTMAB) to stabilize the system for more than 20 minutes under the synergistic effect of the three synergistic analytical reagents, the apparent molar absorptivity reached 1.12 × 10 ~ 4 L.mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1), it is possible to apply it to the analysis practice and to discuss the relevant mechanism.
