利用电子显微术分析了喷射沉积Ni3Al-Mo合金的显微组织.结果表明:合金具有细小的晶粒组织(10-40μm),局部区域有显微疏松;基体合金的主要组成相为γ’和γ;在γ相内存在Ni2MO,Ni3Mo及一种富Ni新相.该新相具有面心立方结构,晶格常数α-1.09nm,空间群为Fm3m
The microstructure of spray-deposited Ni3Al-Mo alloy was analyzed by means of electron microscopy. The results show that the alloy has fine grain structure (10-40μm) and the local area is slightly loose. The main phase composition of matrix alloy is γ ’ And γ, Ni2MO, Ni3Mo and a Ni-rich phase are present in the γ phase.The facets have a face-centered cubic structure with a lattice constant of α-1.09 nm and a space group of Fm3m
