普炭钢是当今世界上最主要使用量最大的一种结构材料。可是,普炭钢在大气环境中使用时都不可避免地遭受腐蚀而导致力学性能恶化乃致断裂。从十九世纪后期开始,美国、英国、前苏联、西德等国都投入相当的人力和物力进行大气腐蚀的研究,积累了大量的大气腐蚀的基础数据。五十年代以来,世界上关于钢铁腐蚀的研究愈加活跃,人们试图通过暴晒试验,摸拟试验,加速试验等找出各种钢铁材料在大气中的腐蚀速度与气象因素和环境因素的相互关系。本文将扼要剖析影响普炭钢大气腐蚀速度的几个主要因素。
Cape carbon steel is the world’s most important use of a structural material. However, the use of atmospheric carbon steel in the atmosphere are inevitably corroded and lead to deterioration of mechanical properties is caused by fracture. Since the late nineteenth century, the United States, Britain, the former Soviet Union, West Germany and other countries have devoted considerable manpower and material resources to the study of atmospheric corrosion and have accumulated a great deal of basic data on atmospheric corrosion. Since the 1950s, the world’s research on steel corrosion has become more and more active. People try to find the correlation between the corrosion rate of various steel materials in the atmosphere and the meteorological and environmental factors through exposure test, simulation test and accelerated test. This article will briefly analyze the impact of general carbon steel atmospheric corrosion rate of several major factors.
