我国1994年实行的财税体制改革,使农业税收成为地方财政的一项固定收入。因此,如何调整生产结构,从而增加地方财政收入,这是发展当地经济必须解决的问题。
The fiscal and taxation system reform implemented in our country in 1994 made agricultural tax revenue a fixed income of local finance. Therefore, how to adjust the structure of production so as to increase local fiscal revenue is a problem that must be solved in developing the local economy.
