为了加速农村护理队伍建设,对广大农民提供基本的护理服务,以适应农村经济体制改革的需要,根据部领导的意见,卫生部组织了“农村护理队伍和教育情况调查”小组。调查组用了将近两个月的时间对北京、湖南、山东、新疆四省、市、自治区的水平不等的12个县医院、16个乡中心卫生院进行了实地考察。同时,对全日制中等卫生学校、县中等卫生职业技术学校、县卫生职工中专和县卫生进修学校的护士培训情况也进行了调查了解。现将调查情况汇报如下:
In order to speed up the construction of rural nursing teams and provide basic nursing services for the majority of farmers to meet the needs of the reform of the rural economic system, the Ministry of Health organized the “Country Care Team and Education Survey” group according to the opinions of the leaders of the Ministry. The investigation team spent nearly two months conducting site visits to 12 county hospitals and 16 township hospitals in Beijing, Hunan, Shandong, and Xinjiang. At the same time, investigations were conducted on the training of nurses in full-time secondary health schools, county secondary health vocational and technical schools, county health workers secondary school and county health education school.
