目的对紫山药进行生药鉴定。方法采用传统形态描述法、观察临时装片法、薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,依次对紫山药的植物来源、药材性状、粉末显微以及理化特征等进行鉴别。结果紫山药的基原、性状、显微、理化特征得以确定,明显区别于铁棍山药。结论该研究可为紫山药质量标准制定和资源合理开发利用提供理论依据。
The purpose of the purple yam medicine identification. Methods The traditional morphological description method was used to observe the origin of plants, medicinal properties, powder microscopic and physical and chemical characteristics of purple yams in turn by means of temporary loading method, thin layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. Results Purple yam base, traits, microscopic, physical and chemical characteristics were identified, significantly different from the iron yam. Conclusion This study can provide a theoretical basis for the development of purple yam quality standards and the rational development and utilization of resources.
