中材国际在2001年整合水泥工程业优质资源,打造EPC产业链之后,把“走出去”实施国际化作为公司市场发展战略,并用十多年时间实现了以国内市场为主向国际市场为主的根本转变,目前,市场覆盖70多个国家和地区,在亚洲、欧洲、非洲、美洲都取得了良好的成绩,累计签约海外水泥生产线约140条。中材国际经过十余年“走出去”的实践与探索,现在面临的问题是如何从国际化经营向国际化运营跨越。我们已实现了市场和品牌的国际化,但组织、人员、资产的国际化还远远不够。同时,在“走出去”的过程中也遇到一些需要相关部门解决的问题。
