赏识教育是教育者在教育过程中,运用欣赏、鼓励的态度去看待、评价受教育者的一言一行。它承认差异,允许失败,符合生命成长的规律。它能重塑学生的自信,发现和发挥学生的长处和潜能,使其最终走向成功。它是一种以尊重、信任、宽容、激励为原则,顺应时代要求,以培养学生的创造力为出发点,按照学生成长的规律,顺应学生心理的成熟过程,尊重个性鼓励学生在宽松的教育环境中成长的教育方法。
Appreciation education is the educator’s use of the attitude of appreciation and encouragement to view and evaluate the words and deeds of the educated person in the education process.
