为对托幼机构的儿童听力现状有所了解,并早期发现听力障碍儿,早期干预,我所耳保健科于1993年4月~7月对3个城区(东城、崇文、宣武)5个园所的儿童进行了听力筛查。1 资料与方法1.1 筛查对象托儿所、幼儿园2~6岁儿童。其中男376人.女288人;2~4岁282人,4~6岁382人。1.2 方法(1)使用协和招商听力康复部研制的行为测听仪,借鉴古典的游戏测听法。(2)选择较安静的房间,周围墙壁无镜子。(3)测查前通过保健医或老师向小儿说明测查方法。小儿进入房间后,检查者向其示范。(4)受检儿童前面放置一教学用的拨珠器,嘱个儿听见声音后拨1颗珠子。1 名测查人员在小儿身后距小儿耳朵10~15cm处给声刺激,让小儿熟悉声源,然后用30dB声压级分别以500Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz逐一测试,每个频率给声3次,如某一频率未通过进行复测,仍未通过者做为听力障碍可疑者转我所耳保健门诊进一步检查。根据幼儿不同年龄分别作行为测听、纯音、声阻抗及ABR测听。

Behavioral audiometry, pure tone, acoustic impedance and ABR audiometry were performed according to different ages of children.
